Peter its easy go to C:/Program files/Steam/skins if you dont have skins make a new folder then go in the thing what you save then put the name of the picture you want put it in skins then go play cs thats all easy things,if you dont know just put another post up ill check ya

Steam Skins

To Install The Skins Just Go To Your Local Disk (C, ProgramFiles,Steam, In This Steam Folder U Should See A Folder Named Skins, If Not, Right Click On Your Desktop And click New/Folder. Name It Skins And Store It Into Your Steam Folder, After Than Make A New Folder On Your Desktop And Name It What U Want, For It Is Going To Be Your Skin Folder. Open Your Skin Folder U Just Downloaded And U Should See "Flat-Steam" Or Sumtin. Open It Ull See 4 Folder. Graphics,Servers,(Etc.) Store Those Folders Into Your Skin Folder U Just Made And Go Back To Your Steam Where u Made That "Skins" Fold And PUt Your Skin Folder U Named With The 4 Folders Inside , Move It Into Your "Skins" And Your Done

grate skin works no problem

this skin is grate i run Windows Vista beta and some skins just keep crashing Steam in Vista but this works 100
