Needs some repairs. There are two minimize buttons and two close buttons at the top, and one that's just called "button".

it works.. this is what u have to do..

dl the file..

extract it..

go into steam in program files..

open up (or create) Skins folder

take the newly dled file ONLY THE FOLDER AND README files.. and transfer it into ur new skins folder..

go into setting and to interace.. and to skins.. and you should see the new skin. GG HF GL!

how u do it

to aply it go to C:\Program Files\Steam then make a file in there called skins then find the folder to where u downloaded the skin to copy it and paste it in the skins file tada u got it.....if this worked for u like it worked for me then please email me saying it thank you all
