Fixed

Since it is apparent the original author of this skin does not plan to update it, and since I used to like this skin so much before Steam broke it, I've updated the .res file. This skin now works with the current version of Steam.

I've submitted the update for approval so hopefully it will be up in the next few weeks.

Why the border got mestup..

I put it in skins file..then went to steam setting to change it..and it got all mestup..
