Where shall i put the skin to get it work?

dawox if you want to put it in cs go to C:/Program files/Steam/skins if you dont have skins make a new folder name it Skins then download a picture then download it then go whereever you saved it then click on it drag the name of the picture then drag it out then put it in cs then go settings then go change default skin to the name of it then restart steam and then go play what ever you want!!!!!!

So this skin is suppost to work with the new steam stuff? Well it doesn't work for me. Is there something special to do?

I extracted the files into the steam skins folder and I did changed the skin in the settings. The only thing I get is a black window with green as background color for the text boxes..

Can anyone help me? I want that skin!

Ok. When Steam updated there gui again they made most to the skins useless. I glad they like to support there customers efforts.

Well I finally decided to fix it. So I just submitted it and it should be up and running in a few days.

well it didnt work any more becuase of the steam update and then "Bill_the_Axe" wanthed to fix it right ?....... so where do i get the fixed version ?

i'm sorry but can yall make it simpler for me, because i'm not understanding. I downloaded it then saved it in steam/skins folder and it won't show up in the settings. PLEASE HELP

How to install steam skins!!!

Install
------------------

1. Close and exit 'Steam'
2. Open up your 'Steam' folder (typically C:\Program Files\Steam)
3. If there isn't a folder called 'skins' make one (rightclick and choose new folder and anme it skins!)
4. Copy the folder you downloaded (BiliGreenNew) to the 'skins' folder
5. Start 'Steam'
6. In Steam go View > Settings and click on the Interface tab
7. In the 'Select the skin you want Steam to use' box change it to the skin
8. Click OK
9. Restart STEAM! (CLOSE AND EXIT!)

hey noobs! dont put it in ex: c:/steam/steam/skins but put it in c:/steam/skins ... then it will work.. trust me

Just to make sure.

It does need to be unzipped before you put it in the steam skin folder.

Otherwise I am not sure what the problem is. I can dl most of the skins on this page and unzip them into the skins folder and they work great.
