New site upgrades

We managed to fully move the site over to our new home, we're now on the east coast (NJ). pings are nice and low compared to before.. our new slugs: dual quad core server, 8 gigs of memory and some 15k sas drives..

it took a lot of time and effort to make this happen i have to say..

We picked-up some new moderators along the way with.. various good stuff coming from them. They'll be here helping keep CS PLANET thriving.. thanks everyone!

Map and File Submission Delay
We've had some problems with the file server that is responsible for queuing the files that are uploaded. Apparently there was a file system permission issue that kept the queue from synchronizing with the hard drive that distributes the files to everyone. It appears no files were lost and downloads should not be affected. Submissions will be processed within the next couple days. We apologies for the issues.

New v3 Steam Skin VGUI
Back in October Valve made some changes to the Steam VGUI that cause all user-submitted skins not to function under the new interface., but thanks to the great community, we've updated the Steam Skin page with Steam skins that are designed for this new Steam interface.
