SRCDS Update Released

A small update to the Source dedicated server has been released. Server Ops run the hldsupdatetool to get the updates.

Fixes rare assert on player connect
Fixes srcds_i486 Linux binary not loading correctly

HLDS 4.1.1.1e Update
Valve has released a small update for those servers still running counter-strike 1.5 servers. The update applies only to servers running the 4.1.1.1/3.1.1.1 series of the Half-Life. Added list of file extensions that cannot be downloaded with the dlfile command. The exclude list is currently: .cfg .ini .bat .exe .vbs .com .dll .lst .log. This prevents the published dlfile exploit. Fixed incorrect time base being used for client prediction on server.
