An update for Counter-Strike: Source owners had been released last night. Restart your clients to get the update. Below are the listed changes.

Added cheat protection to flashlight option
Changed mp_roundtime to accept more granular values
Fixed display of Asian Windows 98 fonts
Fixed memory leak after multiple level changes

Any server has the option of turning it on, thereby allowing the price of weapons and equipments to fluctuate according to demand. It has created a fury of anger and joy among Counter-Strike players.
