 made some func_detail into world for performance
 few more area portals
 used the assault soundscape
 some more decals/props
 different grass for the displacments
 new texture on the hostage room roof
 added fade dist for some props
 put a clip brush around the poster on top of the big metal crate
 more nodraw
 changed vents to militia ones
 changed the nav file so the bots dont walk off the high places anymore
 added placenames beta test 4
 moved some terr spawn points on lower levels up higher
 removed terr buyzones from lower
 changed outside fence to a normal one instead of bent
 changed the big model in hostage room to a smaller one
 vent texture was changed/vents take one hit to break
 you can use the boxes to get on the fence again
 added some func_dustmotes
 added some detail to the inside, and more detail to outside/little underground area
 changed the ladder in terr spawn (removed brush above it and clipped the fence) this should be the last beta...
