It would look even better with cubemaps. I don't think you put them in this map. If you did, you didn't use enough of them.

The grass models in the yard do not have the proper reflection as a result.

Still, great-looking.

However, the location of the sun in the sky does not correlate with the angle of the light_environment setting. It's quite discernable from screenshot #1.
