if u want it so much just download ares and search for counterstrike (non-steam)

Non steam is still good it works

u dont even have to have a username or password

its free

i tryed adding maps to my server some work but the ones with wad file don t work
they always say couldn t open CS_CARZ.wad file.....
i don t get it .
where do i put the wad file ?
