Great map, plays very well and the lighting looks great. Love the outside parts too, great touch. It's really large but once you learn the layout it's great fun!

Place the de_warehouse.bsp in the "yoursteamdir"/counter-strike source/cstrike/maps folder.

I tried to play maps that I downloaded from this site but they wouldn't start up, so I had a look in the map 'Maps' and double clicked on the maps I downloaded, by all of them I get this error: Error! Can't find background image 'materials/console/background01.vtf'. Can someone help me with that?

ok this is an ez way to place the maps u download from this site to your css
1.download file
2.open the file
3.go to my computer, C/drive, program files, find your counterstrike source, double click it, click on maps,
4.drag the bsp and nav files you downloaded to maps folder
5.open css, and select map you want to play
ENJOY!!!

how to install unzipped MAPS

when you unzip a map then you see a cstrike folder
ya take that cstrike folder and copy and paste it
DIRECTLY ON TO YA
C:\Program Files\SteamApps\email.com\counter-strike source

right click on the cstrike folder
click copy

then right click on ya
COUNTER STRIKE SOURCE
click paste


SAY YES TO OVER WRITE

when ever ya unzip a dnload and ya get a maps folder Only

then ya drop thaT INTO ya cstrike folder

copy and paste that map folder on to ya cstrike

==========================================
if its a bsp , and nav files ya drop those into ya maps folder
===============================================
heres the break down on unzip files

if the unzip is a
CSTIKE folder
it goes into ya C:\Program Files\SteamApps\email.com\counter-strike source ONLY
PASTE INTO
counter-strike source ONLY



if the unzip is a MAP folder
it goes into ya C:\Program Files\SteamApps\email.com\counter-strike source\cstrike
PASTE INTO
cstrike ONLY



if the unzip is a bsp file and nav
it goes into ya C:\Program Files\SteamApps\email.com\counter-strike source\cstrike\MAPS

loose files BSP & NAV copy and paste into ya maps folder



if ya unzip and it has folders called materials , sounds, models etc etc
they always those folders by them selves drop into ya
C:\Program Files\SteamApps\email.com\counter-strike source\cstrike

hope this helps on how to install maps in to ya counter strike source directry and sub folders or files
