Its very easy, after u make the map to ur qualifications go to the entity(not brush based) prop_physics and place it to where u wat ur soda machine or bookcase or wutever and then scroll down the menu for your entity and look for model and double click. The model viewer shuld come up and search around in it till u find the soda machines or wutever.
