How to make a different texture in 1 brush like this

The A arrow is a white striped texture
The B arrow is a red book cover texture

Use Toogle Texture. Select the texture you want to apply and then right-click the face you want to apply it on (right-click automatically aligns it).

It only works in the 3D view and to see it you need to set the render to textured.
Try this:

my cstrike Won't run it says "Error 5899: Metadata file missing or damaged [-1]" help me please ?

Have you tried 'Verify integrity of game cache' and/or 'Defragment cache files' from within steam? This usually fixes any problems. If not, try 'Delete local game content' and download the game again (use this as a last resort because you will need to download the entire game again).

Well right it works now fr33pr0d the solution is, I'm using AMD graphic that supports OpenGL 4.2 !
Man big thanks for your help along the way of my problem !

Now my CS are running very well and
my VHE camera doesn't lag any more....
