Hi can anyone point me towards a good guide to add mani mod funstionaliy?

Things in particular that i want to do are:

Mani allows you to change a player name to a preset name. i wan to be able to type in chat the name i want to change to.

kill ALL

Heal Player (from the admin menu, i know you can type ma_givehealth)

And several others.. cant think of right now XD
