Those are special textures:
SKY - the engine will apply the sky textures where it finds the sky texture.
SKIP and HINT - are for wpoly optimization (for advanced mapping)
NULL - the engine will not draw the faces that have the 'NULL' texture applied to it.

You can change the sky by changing its name in Map->Map properties... ->environment map (cl_skyname).
Here are the default skies in Counter Strike:

backalley

badlands

blue

city1

des - this is the default sky (if no name is entered in map properties)

drkg

forest

green

grnplsnt

morningdew

office

snow

You can place *.mdl using cycler_sprite entity.

THX
But after I add the model using your way, a Fatal error comes out and say "Mod_NumForName:C:/............mdl not found"
P.S. '..........' is a very long link
Also when I add the model, I can't see the model as you see in your picture

First of all, place your *.mdl file in cstrike/models, and load it from there.
Second, »Valve Hammer Editor 3.5 (598.1 KB) has support for models so it would be a good idea to upgrade .
You need VHE 3.4 to upgrade to version 3.5. Unzip anywhere then copy-paste hammer.exe over the one you already have (default located in C:/Program Files/Valve Hammer Editor).

In that case VHE is probably configured wrong.
Does your VHE Game Configuration tab look like the one in the screenshot?

Did you put the model in ...steamapps\steam_username\counter-strike\cstrike\models?
If yes, did you load it in VHE from that location?
