FYI, that's called the Blue Screen Of Death or BSOD.
It happened to me a long time ago. It appears to be a problem with the graphics driver, so I updated it and it stops. U have to update it.
First find out from what manufacturer is ur card, usually from NVIDIA or ATI Radeon.then ur operating system. Here are links to them:

If u don't use any of the OS above, then u can google it urself, like "download forceware 186.18 vista 64-bit" etc.
