Um...maybe it was my ignorance, but what did you say? I'm running CS:S on Vista, and its fine. But I didn't understand what you said.

Just buy CS:S and it'll work on Vista automatically.
If your question was how to add bots and that you have CS already, just open the console (the button below the escape button) and type bot_add and press add.
