Hello everybody i have a little problem:
I have maked a nice map for cs 1.6 with hammer 3.4, but when i tride to compile it it to bsp hammer gives an error :
Error: Could not open wad file \torrents\games\counter-strike 1.6 + half-life\cstrike\cstrike.wad
Error: Could not find WAD file
Description: The compile tools could not locate a wad file that the map was referencing.
Howto Fix: Make sure the wad's listed in the level editor actually all exist
i taugt the wad file was corrupt so i downloaded it from this site but that dinden't work
i'm using an downloaded version of halflife/CS 1.6

The wad file MUST be located in the mod directory. Said in a different, clearer way, the mod directory you've set in game configurations when you configured hammer should be, in your case, "counter-strike 1.6 + half-life\cstrike". Buy the game tho :-P
