after i on my server true the HLDS my friends cant find for my server isnt because i dint do portforward and i am using a router plz reply me thx !!!

I'm sure it's a router issue, specifically port forward settings. Or maybe your server.cfg is set to LAN mode, rather than internet.

This question has been asked a gazillion times now, and I'm really getting tired of seeing it! Try a google search people.

I once had that issue, I don't use a router and I didn't have it in LAN, I wasn't on list 'cause I had the command "-nomaster" written on the shortcut to CS, so it couldn't connect to the master servers..after that I could see my server on the Internet list and anyone could join..
