Technical Problems?
If your having trouble downloading or your download does not start, try disabling your network firewall. Some firewalls may need to be disabled temporarily. Do not use a download accelerator - disable it if you use one. Our system does not like them due to the multiple connections they try to establish with the server. See our help pages for more related problems and information.

If you use Internet Explorer w/SP2 and are having trouble see this FAQ for more details how to fix the problem. DSL or cable modem connection is recommended for fastest speed. High bandwidth ISP such as Speakeasy, Comcast, and Optimum Online are able to receive 30Mbit/s+ download speed via our file server. Download cap with Comcast PowerBoost upto 50Mbit/s.
