Trying to Addd bots

Hey everyone

i need help for counter stike 1.6
i am playing over LAN but i cant add bots to the game. when i am starting the server up it has no TAB to change like the bots skill level or how many bots i can have it just has the map and the usual option. would you be able to help me.

Well the reason my friend is because u will have to add them threw the console you have to read the read me

bots stay in spectate

so does no one answer these posts....same shit for me the bots jus stay in spectate and won't spawn as a t or ct does anyone have a solution?????
